Alden Gamet and the HIGA MONSTER.
This Saturday and Sunday will be the "All-Done Fitness Expo" in Seattle. It will be held at the new Personal Training studio of local bodybuilder, Alden Gamet.
Special appearances by IFBB pro bodybuilder Troy Alves and many others from the Seattle area.
Bulky Boy has made a donation of shirts to Alden and tonight I gave them to him along with some of our banners. I wish him the best of luck with his new Personal Training studio and I'm glad to help him out with some giveaways!
