Another great workout with my crew! We also got to see Eddie & Ben who drove up from Fort Lewis & Aberdeen, WA! Ben left his house at 4:45am to drive to the Warehouse and workout with us!
3 of my training partners are getting ready to compete next weekend up in Sequim, WA and I'm getting ready for a demo in Japan and a contest on Labor Day weekend in Quebec.
