So I did most of these sets without my knee brace, once I hit 135 though, I definitely felt like I needed it.
The last set of deads felt waaaaay heavier than it should have. Hoping to bring my deads up a lot in the next few weeks!!!
Bent Over Rows (at about 60 degrees)
Well, John and I didn't get to the gym until late, as I had an appointment after work. So, I didn't wanna do too much and end up being there til 9 at night... 9 is my bedtime!!! Ha ha ha ha ha. Big thanks to John for pushing his workout time back to make sure I went and didn't put it off :-)
