"Mt Rainier's Strongman man & woman 7" is tomorrow!

5 members from "Imperial CrossFit" will be competing tomorrow!
Coach Allen Velasco (left) & HIGA MONSTER (right)

Best of luck to Ryan Riess, Nicholas Grover, Joe Lopez, Katie Inserra & Marianne Jackson!
They will be competing down in Sumner, WA at Rainier CrossFit for the title of "Mt Rainier's Strongest Man/Woman".

This contest is a fundraiser for the benefit of Fragile X Syndrome.  Fragile X is the most common cause of inherited mental retardation & the most common cause of Autism.  However, it is largely unheard of and drastically underfunded.
Kurtis and Laurie Bowler (owners of Rainier CrossFit) have raised over $40,000 to date for this cause.  Unreal!

The events for tomorrow are listed on the link below:

Good luck to my Imperial braddahs & sistahs!

Bristol Marunde fights on "The Ultimate Fighter 16" tomorrow!

In the zone & ready to whoop ass!  Bristol Marunde

Tomorrow night, Sept 14th is the season premiere of "The Ultimate Fighter 16" and my braddah, Bristol Marunde is one of 32 fighters to fight for a shot to get into the TUF House.

16 fighters advance to move into the house and train with their coaches for 6 weeks, so set your DVR for 9pm EST/PST every Friday on F/X.

I can't wait to see this go down tomorrow!  Bristol has been working his ass off to get a once in a lifetime opportunity like this, and I am confident that he can do bust some heads on the way to a possible contract with the UFC.

Go Bristol!  I am rooting for you my braddah!
