They will be competing down in Sumner, WA at Rainier CrossFit for the title of "Mt Rainier's Strongest Man/Woman".
This contest is a fundraiser for the benefit of Fragile X Syndrome. Fragile X is the most common cause of inherited mental retardation & the most common cause of Autism. However, it is largely unheard of and drastically underfunded.
Kurtis and Laurie Bowler (owners of Rainier CrossFit) have raised over $40,000 to date for this cause. Unreal!
