All lifts without my knee brace!!!  Feeling pretty dang good about my squat.  Considered hitting 245 or 255, but decided against it.  I'm really not trying to blow out my knee 12 days out from a contest :-)

So I tried out a new gym today...  and I was so not a fan.  I definitely got an okay workout, but the place was completely packed.  The racks and platforms are so close together, it's like synchronized weightlifting with whomever is on the one next to you.  There were so many people spending the majority of their gym time BSing with their buddies or making sure to get in their bench and bicep curls. Definitely not my kinda place, that's for sure.  Guess it was worth a try though!
