Deadlift- 60/10, 100/6, 140/5, suit on 180/5, straps up 220/3, belt on 260/3, 300/5 PB (3 deadstop, 2 touch n go)
Did some hamstring and db snatch work then plyo box jumps.
Plyo Box- 24" for a few, 41" for two singles, a triple then a final single
That is all, time to rest up for Winter Giants now.
