"Animal Barbbell Club" (Tacoma, WA)

A whole bunch of us met up in Tacoma, WA today for a workout at the new "Flex Wheeler Fitness" that our friend Stan "The Rhino" Efferding opened up.
It was an awesome gym for the hardcore lifter, or a CrossFit person. 

A big thanks to Stan Efferding for letting us get a great workout!  He has a great facility, so go check it out if you are looking for a great workout in Tacoma!
