HIGA MONSTER photo shoot w/The Seattle Times

Two weeks ago, I was contacted by a photographer from the Seattle Times newspaper. Alan Berner is one of their top photographers and he does an bi-weekly series called "Northwest Wanderings".

Alan Berner and HIGA at the Warehouse.

He wanted to take pictures of a guy lifting unorthodox stuff like chains, tires or stones and was very excited to check out the Warehouse today.

Shouldering a 205 lb stone for Alan.

"Hey Alan, can you give me a hand on this stone lift, or what?"  LOL

"Warehouseman Chris" showing me how to lift a "big" stone properly.  Look at his intensity!

Mahalo to Chris & Marv for letting us do this photo shoot today at Chipman Relocations!  You guys are the best and I appreciate all that you do for me and my training partners!

I will let you know when this special column is published. For more stories on Alan Berner's column, check out his other "Northwest Wanderings" stories:
