I've never done 45s on this before... awesome!
Actually tried using a belt on this exercise for the first time... Definitely helps a ton!!! I was pretty happy with hitting 155 after doing a bunch of other stuff :-)

Oh man, gotta love 20 rep squats!!! This is by far the most weight I've ever done on these... and I did them without my knee brace! Fantastic!
Seated Good Mornings
I tried to hit some more leg exercises after this, first the sled, then one legged bench squats, but it just wasn't happening!!! I was toast!!! Figured I'd call it good and try to get ready for my next workout.

Not at all pleased with this. But everything felt so ridiculously heavy... Ugh.

NOT FAST ENOUGH!!! But I really wasn't feeling it today, just felt TIRED!
