Hooked up with my friend Anthony Harris yesterday for a workout at "The Bloch" on Pearl Harbor Naval Base. I have not been there in years and it was great to workout in a old school gym like that. Hot, humid and thundershowers outside.
All the plates were rusty too from the salt air of Pearl Harbor. I loved it!
