After a long day of travel, I am safely here in Ohio. Cramped flights from Seattle-Chicago-Columbus, but thats what happens when you are a BULKY BOY on a completely full plane. :)

I happened to be on the same flight to Chicago with Coach John Thrush, Rachel Churchward & Katie Thrush of WA. Katie & Rachel are competing in The Arnold Weightlifting contest this weekend.
I saw Hjalti Arnason of Iceland. Had not seen him in 2 years, so it was good to see him.
Me and fellow Animal Pak sponsored athlete, Derek "THE FREAK" Farnsworth.
Had a quick workout with the ANIMAL PAK crew at Metro Fitness.
