Had a great time today with my bro, Jeff Pearson from Oregon!
We compared doughnuts pre-workout to see which one was better, Voodoo Doughnuts from Oregon or Legendary Doughnuts from Washington. Jeff admitted, he loved the "Oprah" dough-sannt from Legendary!
The crew from Innerbeast CrossFit (Oregon City, OR) drove up from Oregon at 4am this morning and got a killer strongman workout at our gym. Then, we filmed a hour long Podcast for their show, "Chalk Talk 503" afterwards.
