I had a great workout this morning at "EndZone Athletics" and a big "thank you" to Patrick Castelli for inviting me up again to workout with UFC Flyweight Champion, Demetrious "Mighty Mouse" Johnson.
Mighty Mouse is getting ready to defend his title on Sept 27th in Las Vegas on the UFC ppv.
But then, in walks Bibiano Fernandes while I was squatting! The ONE FC Bantamweight Champion!
That guy is a BEAST and has competed in K-1, DREAM, King of the Cage and now ONE FC.
Thanks for the workout guys! Kick ass in Vegas Mighty Mouse!
