I apologize for my long absence! Life has been rather busy lately, then it was time for a deload week, but now I am back at it. I am pretty happy with my first week back, but I'm noticing a difference when I actually have time limitations. Trying to fit a decent workout into an hour is really really tough!!!

Very very happy with this. I didn't wear my brace at all and I'm pretty sure this is a PSPR...

Sometimes it really frustrates me that my incline press is nearly as good as my flat bench. I'm pretty sure my flat bench should be way better than it is.

Well, I blacked out for the first time ever today... I was going for the 205 and on my first attempt, I got it up to my chest, saw some stars, which is pretty average for me, but took too long to get it on the platform and bam, down I went. I couldn't leave the warehouse without hitting the 205, it would be totally unacceptable, so I got up, drank some fluids and hit it again. Next time I'm doing a double with the 205!!!
