Welcome back home John Whisman!

Our friend, John Whisman (orange shirt) returned from 7 months at sea serving on the Naval supercarrier, the USS John C. Stennis.

John is the husband of Bulky Boy strongman team member, Kristyn Vytlacil Whisman.  So we surprised him with a "Welcome Home" workout at Imperial CrossFit this morning at 5:30am!
