Went upto a 240k squat for a belt only triple and followed it with some reverse band deads yesterday. The bands took about 30kg off the bottom and nothing off the top; previous sets were 60, 100, 140, 180, 220, 260kg all for 5reps a set.
I started work on my Arnold's video today, coming together nicely just need to getsome good footage the next few weeks to hopefully make it a great video!
