Well, after an unforeseen week off, I had to hit it pretty hard today. Though I haven't been lifting much, I have been doing some cardio. Trying to be strong and healthy... it's a little bit tough, I won't lie... but I was pretty pleased with today's session. Hope it's a good indication of things to come!

I'm still a really big fan of single leg assistance work since I had to rehab my knee. I think it's made a huge difference in my strength, even if it is seemingly piddly stuff.

Shockingly enough, I actually managed to run today at 6.0, rather than just walk. Weird how some days after squatting I couldn't run even if I really wanted to... oh well... whatever, just gotta do what I can do.
