Here's a wee video from yesterday, trying to get into attacking my rep events more, but setting a good pace so I don't burn out.
Set myself a goal of 3reps in 30s on a 140kg axle, hoping to get about 5reps with the 147k at the Arnold, another 6weeks and I should do that with some luck!
Also, got an invite to the British Log Lift Championships in July today, going to aim to break the Scottish record of 165kg.
