Kristyn's 12.28.10 workout

Well, I have to say that I was feeling pretty beat up from yesterday, so I wasn't sure how good this workout would go, but of course I just had to get in the gym and do work!

I really need to get my bench up if I'm gonna start seriously doing PL meets.  I probably couldn't even bench my bodyweight right now, that is no bueno.

I was so close on the first miss with 170, it was ridiculous!!!  I just didn't have enough leg drive, I think.  I know I'm good for at least 170 when I'm not totally beat up from the day before :-)
