600 lbs pause squat x 2 reps. No belt, no sleeves, no spotter.
I have a 6 hour drive to Central Oregon this Friday, so I didn't want to miss my Squat workout. So I moved it up earlier this week to make sure I got my lifts in.
It was great because this is the heaviest weight I have ever lifted in a Pause Squat. NEVER SKIP LEG DAY...NEVER.
