If you live near Kennewick, please come by to watch the biggest Powerlifting contest in Washington state. A total of 111 lifters are signed up to compete.
HIGA MONSTER will be lifting in the afternoon b/w 4pm-9pm at RAB Fitness. Roger & Ally Baker always puts on great shows & they provide awesome prizes for the top lifters.
