HIGA and my "Imperial CrossFit" friends was in da house!
Reebok was in full force for all 3 days of Regionals.
HIGA MONSTER & Laurie Bowler (co-owner of Rainier CrossFit). Laurie and her husband Kurtis Bowler were the hosts of this prestigious Regional Championships.
Men's "Snatch Ladder" event. Starting weight was 155 lbs and they made 10 lbs jumps until you missed an attempt. You had 50 secs to complete the lift.
Ran into Annie Malone & Sean (Yelm, WA). They were volunteering in the Training room.
This was my first time going to the Northwest Regionals! It was truly mind boggling to see how hard the CrossFit athletes push themselves in all 3 days of competition.
Since I have been training at Imperial CrossFit, it has truly been humbling to see how much of a family they are in supporting each other in their workouts, and in major contests like this.
Hats off to Kurtis & Laurie Bowler and Rainer CrossFit for an awesome job in hosting this contest!
