HIGA MONSTER after finishing my stair runs. "Can I get some ice water, please?"
I ran these stairs on my break at Qwest Field under the "Hawk's Nest" and was I sweating! I went up & down each section. Its 40 steps to the top, then I ran back down. Go to the next section on the other side of the handrails and lather, rinse, repeat...
It was 94 degrees at 6pm tonight! DAMN.
The Seattle area and Western Washington is going through a little heat wave right now. How come we didn't have this weather over the July 4th weekend?
Oh well, thats what we have to deal with once in a while in the Northwest!
