This workout is in honor of my fellow Animal Pak athlete, Brandon Lilly.
He was severely injured while squatting 744 lbs yesterday at the "LA Fitness Expo".

Saw the "Evening Magazine" film crew at the Pro Team Shop earlier today, while I was shopping for some NFC Championship swag this morning.

Didn't know that it would air tonight, till I got home and saw it while eating dinner.  LOL
