HIGA MONSTER wins the "USAPL Raw National Championship" (Atlanta)
Stoked to win with my braddah, Anthony Harris in Atlanta!
I won the Master's 40-49 120+ kgs class & Tony also won both the Open Men & Master's 50-59 120 kg titles.
We both punched our ticket to the IPF Raw World Championships next June in Minsk, Belarus. There was a total of 1,197 competitors in Atlanta

"GNC 500 lbs squat challenge" at the "Night of Champions" (Spokane, WA)
Six of us will battle on October 22nd in Spokane!
One week after I compete in Atlanta, I will be in Spokane to defend my Title that I won last year. In 2015 I won with 18 reps of 500 lbs. This year is going to be a tougher, so I plan to bring it!
500 lbs for maximum reps (legal depth must be achieved or no rep)
No squat suits or squat briefs are allowed.
We can only wear knee sleeves, knee wraps and a belt.
Prize money will be $600, $450, $350, $250, $150, $100

"Animal Outreach" HIGA MONSTER visits two Kent schools today
My first stop today was at Meadow Ridge Elementary.
Spoke to the 6th graders and did a strongman exhibition for them.
Pressed this 125 lbs stone 10 times in front of the students.
