"ROWED KILL" 500 meter sprint challenge for HIGA

I set up a gym challenge at my work for the month of June. Row 500 meters in the fastest time possible. I will give the following prizes to the top male & female winners: a shirt of their choice from Bulky Boy and a can of Animal Pak.

My previous best in this challenge was 1:35.4 so I was pretty happy to pull 1:29.4

Today is the last day of the Rowed Kill challenge. I am proud of everyone at my work who has participated so far!

HIGA MONSTER & Nick Grover attack the "Grace WOD" with a 2" axle.

We did this WOD after pulling some heavy deadlifts too! I went up to 635 lbs and Grover pulled 550 lbs.

HIGA sets a new record at the Samurai Noodle "Big Eater Contest" 2012 (Seattle, WA)

I was able to win a $200 gift certificate & broke my previous record with 10 balls of noodles.

The contest was held at the Capitol Hill location.

My daughters & neighbor watched this guy make the fresh Ramen noodles.

The noodle maker stays Bulky by making fresh noodles everyday!

This location had a HUGE sake selection! I need to come here more often!

These skateboards were created only with spraypaint & stencils! Pretty cool.

You have to try their fresh homemade Mochi! Its good stuff brah!

My wife Michelle was drinking Sapporo while I was suffering stomach bloat. WTF?

The top 3. This girl ate 7 balls! Her Dad got 3rd place.

A big "mahalo" to Samurai Noodle for putting on this contest and for our prizes! Man, this is so tough! I don't know if I will do it again because I was dry heaving for the next 2 hours after.

Samurai Noodle "Big Eater Contest" is this Sunday June 24th!

Will the HIGA MONSTER break his current record of 8 balls of noodles?

Its official. HIGA will be at the Samurai Noodle Capitol Hill location in a attempt to win a $200 gift certificate for the most balls of noodles eaten in 20 minutes.

Day 1 at "Boise Fitness Expo"
