This is from the local ABC affiliate here in Seattle, WA.  I am so proud of her!  This girl drives 1 hour 15 minutes every Saturday morning to do her Strongwoman workout at Imperial Fitness (Kent, WA).

Zack McCarley wins "America's Strongest 105 kilo Pro" National Championship.

Congratulations to Zack for winning the title by a HUGE margin!  10 of the best 105 kilo Pros were competing down in Tunica, MS and Zack beat them all.  Zack even pressed a 310 lb Log Press and he only weighs 231 lbs!!

So proud of you man!  You and Kristyn repped Washington state down there in Mississippi and brought the gold home!  All of your hard work & sacrifice has paid off and I'm happy for you both!

Congratulations to my training partner Kristyn!  She won the Lightweight Women's National Championship this past Saturday down in Tunica, MS.  

The event was held at the Harrah's Casino & Hotel.  There was a total of 5 ladies that were in the Lightweight Division and Kristyn brought her "A" game to win it.

Way to go Champ!

Bristol Marunde is ready to fight for the inaugural "Superior Cage Combat" Middleweight championship!

Bulky Boy Clothing Company is proud to sponsor Bristol Marunde for his Middleweight title fight this Friday at the Orleans Arena.  Bristol Marunde (14-6) is striving to become the first title holder in the Superior Cage Combat organization history and will face Jay Silva (7-4).  

The HIGA MONSTER will be there in Las Vegas by Bristol's side as he gets ready to knock some heads and "PUT THE BODIES ON THE FLOOR!"
