"The CAGE" is only 3 days away. Come see the HIGA MONSTER in Columbus, Ohio!

HIGA MONSTER will be lifting on Friday at 3pm (Axle press exhibition), Saturday at 2pm (Pros vs Bros 500 lbs deadlift for reps) and closing out Sunday at 2pm (Pros vs Bros benchpress my bodyweight for reps).  All times Eastern standard time.

The teams for the Pros vs Bros are split into Red vs Yellow.  

HIGA MONSTER is on the red team competing for the "Hire for Heroes USA charity"

The team with the most reps after the weekend will win a $1,000 donation to their charity from Universal Nutrition!

HIGA MONSTER in Cathedral City, CA for some NCAA softball

I saw T.J. Houshmandzadeh (Oregon State, Oakland Raiders WR) at the softball tourney.

Met some "uncles"... Byron Souza & Mr. Kaneshiro.  Byron's daughter is the starting Freshman shortstop for the University of Washington Huskies. Kimberlee Souza (Iolani High School)

Flying back to Seattle tomorrow but it was awesome to get some sunshine in CA for a few days.  It was 91 degrees today in Cathedral City!

David Silver visits HIGA MONSTER at "Imperial CrossFit" (Kent, WA)

My friend David Silver (center) stopped by to checkout Imperial CrossFit today.  Braddah Dave was visiting from Honolulu & is getting ready for a Strongman contest on O'ahu in August. Ryan Riess (left) & HIGA MONSTER (right)

David was trippin out cause they had the garage door open & it was 40 degrees out & Ryan Riess was working out with no shirt during the CrossFit class that afternoon!  Balmy Washington weather, brah!
